Meet Fujii
From a young age, Fujii has been passionate about marrying business with creating sustainable communities through quality jobs. Despite being cautioned about the potential for failure, Fujii co-founded a business in rural Cameroon that empowered women farmers. Through this endeavor, they transformed a $100 investment into a year-round farming operation. Encouraged by this success, Fujii expanded this model to other farming businesses, solidifying her belief in the untapped potential of individuals when provided with the right opportunities and resources. Fujii brings over 15 years of experience working with multi-sector organizations across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the US, including at the Global Good Fund, myAgro, and Medic, to develop their human capital.
Her relentless pursuit of adventure and personal growth fuels her diverse interests, from alpine backpacking, triathlons, and cycling, to being a polyglot and global citizen, living in five different countries.
